Taste the refreshing, healthy and delicious desserts combined with agar agar, barley and raisins. It’s probably the best to have when we are living in a tropical climate. 


Benefits:

  1. May reduce heart disease 
  2. Good source of fibers
  3. Rich in antioxidants 
  4. May Cools down body heat

Instructions:
  1. Soak agar-agar in warm water for 30 minutes.
  2. Put all other ingredients into a pot with 1.5 liters of water.
  3. Bring to boil and reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes.
  4.  Stir to prevent content from sticking to pot.
  5. Top up with extra water if liquid reduced too much when simmer.
  6. When ingredient softens, turn off heat and allow to cool completely.
  7. Add agr-agar strips and chill dessert in fridge or with ice to serve. Enjoy!

Ingredients: Agar-agar, Barley, Raisins, Rock sugar, Red dates, Longan, Pandan leaves.

Storage: Store in cool dry place away from sunlight.
