Description

This dessert is a mixture of red bean and green bean. It is a delicious treat that can be served warm or chilled. This recipe is cooked in an instant pot and is simple and tasty! Great for both hot and cold weather. 


Benefits:

Instructions:

  1. Soak red bean and green bean in room temperature water for about 1 hour and stain into a pot.
  2. Fill pot with 1.5 liters of water and add in the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Bring to boil without the lid.
  4. Reduce the heat slightly when it stsrts to boil.
  5. Stir to allow rock sugar to dissolve
  6. Allow it to be at boiling state for about 60 minutes. Adjust the heat when necessary.
  7. When content softens, it is ready to serve warm or chilled.
  8.  Add rock sugar or water to taste.
Instructions: Red bean, Green bean, Rock sugar, Sago pearl, Pandan leaves.
Storage: Store in cool dry place away from sunlight.
