Sea Bird Nest, Red Dates & Longan Dessert

Instructions:

1. Soak coral grass in room temperature water for 24 hours.
2. Put all ingredients in a pot with 1.5 liters of water.
3.  Bring to boil without the lid.
4. Reduce the heat slightly when is starts to boil
5. Stir to allow rock sugar to dissolve and content to mix.
6. Allow it to be in boiling state for 40 minutes at medium to high heat, adjust the heat when necessary
7. When content softens, it is ready to serve warm or chilled. Enjoy!
8. Add rock sugar of water to taste.
